Emperador Light

Emperador Light Marble is the warmest and most welcoming expression of the great Emperador family, a stone of Spanish origin extracted mainly from the quarries of Murcia and Alicante. Its light brown background, with toasted and beige nuances, is crossed by a network of white, golden, and gray veins of irregular line that bring movement and luminosity without stridency. Where the Dark imposes, the Light seduces: its neutral palette and soft contrast create environments of discreet elegance, capable of visually expanding spaces and integrating with equal naturalness into projects of classic intent and into clean-lined contemporary interiors.

It shares with its dark variant the same physical and mechanical qualities characteristic of the Emperador family — hardness, compactness, high wear resistance — and accepts the full range of finishes: polishing enhances its natural shine and intensifies the warmth of its tones; honing brings a refined matteness much sought after in high-design interiors; aging and bush-hammering make it suitable for exteriors and high-traffic areas. Its neutral palette also makes it one of the easiest marbles to combine with other noble materials — wood, brass, polished concrete — and with any color range, from the purest whites to the deepest blacks.
